FPA Staff has worked hard covering the shelter 24/7 for the past year. I wanted to celebrate the staff by providing them the opportunity to get some recognition and appreciation for all the hard work that they have done. I am so grateful to several of the coordinators and volunteers who donated gift cards, cash, and tokens of appreciation to fill the piñata. The staff enjoyed the opportunity to get some aggression out by busting the piñata. They also enjoyed the many prizes that were inside the piñata. I am so grateful to Nate, Karel, Mija, and Kaleen for sticking by me and with Family Promise through the Pandemic.

Due to state mandated limits on gatherings we had to postpone the piñata breaking party two times but were finally able to do it on February 20, 2021.
